Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, overseen complete product life cycles, and driven innovation across both business and technology domains, including mergers and acquisitions.
Eli’s background includes leadership roles at several international companies, where he consistently delivered strategic growth and market impact. Eli’s extensive experience and visionary approach is instrumental in shaping RAD’s marketing strategy and expanding its global reach. Prior to joining RAD, Eli was the Vice President of Product Line Management of Ethernet Access Portfolio at ADVA/Adtran.
Eli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Business Management.
