Overview

Lead the Sales and Develop the company’s Business in APAC for the Communication Service Providers, Utilities, Transportation and Government sectors. Reporting to VP Sales.

Location: Bangkok/Manila/Mumbai/New Delhi/Tel Aviv.

 Responsibilities:

 Sales

  • Reach & Exceed Annual Sales: Product, Services & Maintenance
  • Develop Sales activities in the relevant region to achieve aggressive annual growth
  • Acquire new customers while maximizing the business potential of the Installed Based
  • Experience in direct and indirect (via channels) sales 

Customers

  • Establish strong relationships with customers
  • Develop partnerships to prepare and enable scalability
  • Established industry contacts and strong rolodex of customers in region, primarily in Telstra; Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea, Soft Bank, NTT, SK Telecom, LG Uplus, Singtel Group, PLDT and Utilities like TEPCO, Chubu Electric Power, NTPC, PGCIL, AGL Energy, etc.
  • Reach high customer satisfaction
  • Leadership
  • Lead the Sales Team to overachievement through professional excellence, clear and repeatable sales processes and forecasting accuracy.
  • Managing a team of Sales and Pre-sale Engineers.

 Business

  • Stay up to date on Market, Business and Macro-Economy trends
  • Stay permanently updated on Competitors
  • Define appropriate offering for the addressed market
  • Reviews and Reports:
  • Quarterly business reviews and annual sales plan and strategy
  • Weekly Pipeline Review
  • Weekly Bookings & Revenues Forecast
  • Sales Campaigns

Requirements:

Professional Experience

  • Extensive sales experience in the relevant region – APAC
  • Proven sales leadership
  • Strong experience in selling telecom solutions
  • Proven successful experience in selling at CxO level
  • Extensive experience in sales for SP’s/Telco’s in the relevant regions
  • Extensive experience in sales for Government and for Utility sectors in the relevant regions
  • Updated relevant connections in the Utilities, Government & in the SP’s industry in the relevant regions

 Knowledge

  • Telecom Industry
  • B2B
  • MUST: English – High Professional level
  • Advantage: A high professional level in another language spoken in the relevant countries in the region.
