Mr. Yehuda Zisapel (EE,MSc, MBA, DHC) is the founder and president of the RAD-Bynet Group, a leading pioneering association of Israeli companies active in the development, production and marketing of innovative solutions for the data communications industry, and Chairman of RAD.
The RAD-Bynet Group grew out of Bynet Data Communications, which Mr. Zisapel founded in 1975 as a small private company that marketed data communications products. Bynet represented major international vendors and was the first to introduce cutting-edge technologies into the Israeli market. Today, the Bynet

Dror Bin was named President and CEO of RAD Data Communications in 2012.

At the time of his appointment Mr. Bin was a venture partner at Carmel Ventures. Prior to that he had served for over nine years at Comverse Technology in a series of positions, including President of Global Sales and EVP Comverse Technology, President of the Products Group, and in other key positions such as Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Messaging division, General Manager of the SMS division, and Vice President of Marketing for Comverse Voicemail and Call Completion.


Udy joined RAD in July 2016 bringing with him 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Previously, Udy served as Vice President of Sales for Ceragon Networks, managing business development activities with strategic customers along with leading the pre-sales team. Before that, he held the position of Sales and Business Development Manager for Mobile Backhaul solutions in North America for Nokia Siemens Networks, working with the top mobile carriers, backhaul providers and cable operators in the region.


Tuvia Segal was named RAD’s Vice President of Research and Development, Service Providers in 2017. He joined RAD in 1997 and over the years he held pivotal positions as AVP R&D, VP QUALITY and director of Voice and Packet products.
He holds a B.Sc. in mathematics & Computer science from the Ben Gurion University in Israel. He is married and the father of three children.


Ilan Tevet was named RAD’s Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in 2017.
Mr. Tevet originally joined RAD’s Marketing Department in 1997 as a Technical Support Engineer before becoming the manager of a technical support group. In 2002 he became a Senior Product Line Manager with responsibilities that included the company’s newly released pseudowire technology portfolio for mobile backhaul. In 2005 he moved to RAD’s Sales Department as a Key Accounts Manager, and two years later was promoted to Sales Director for strategic alliances with Tier 1 telecom vendors


Ophir Fux assumed responsibility on RAD's Critical Infrastructure Line of Business in 2017. Prior to this role, he served as RAD’s Vice President of Research and Development since 2014, five years after having joined the company as the manager of its strategic Carrier Ethernet demarcation device and aggregation platform product line.
For over a decade prior to that time Mr. Fux held a number of pivotal R&D positions at Orckit/Corrigent, including that of Vice President of R&D at Corrigent.


Nitza Lifshitz was named Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RAD Data Communications in 2008. In this position she is a member of the company’s senior management team, responsible for all its financial activity, including cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, budget, planning and control, credit policy, production cost analysis and cost system implementation, and the presentation of financial and tax solutions, including implementation of commercial models. In addition, she supervises 31 subsidiary companies and is the CFO of several RAD Group start-ups.


Yael Langer has served as general counsel and secretary of RAD. and several other companies in the RAD-Bynet Group since 1998. In this position Ms. Langer has been involved in several IPOs and mergers and acquisitions and handles numerous investment transactions and legal issues for the group’s start-up companies.
From three years prior to being named to her current position Ms. Langer served as assistant general counsel to companies in the RAD-Bynet Group


Yaniv Avni was promoted to the position of Vice President of Global Services at RAD in 2017, after having served as Director of RAD’s Global Services Line of Business and head of Global Services in Mexico.
He originally came to RAD in 2014 after having served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Exlibris. He was previously employed by Comverse for 14 years in several management positions, including that of Vice President of Services for the Americas.


Daniella Ilan has served as Vice President of Human Resources at RAD since 1994.
Before joining RAD she served as a lieutenant colonel in the intelligence corps of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
With more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resource management, Ms. Ilan today oversees all of RAD’s recruitment, training and organizational development, recreation, compensation, and benefits. In addition, she provides human resources support to a number of start-ups that are members of the RAD Group of companies.


Yael Nevo was appointed RAD’s Vice President of Information Technology (IT) and Chief Information Office (CIO) in 2013.
Ms. Nevo brings with her extensive experience in leading the information technology efforts of large corporations. She previously served as CIO at Hot Mobile, a wireless telecommunications company based in Israel and a subsidiary of Altice Group, which also owns Israel’s cable TV company. Prior to that she held similar positions at Partner Communications, the provider of the Orange cellular network in Israel, and Amdocs, one of the largest software development companies in the world.


Eitan Hamri was appointed RAD’s Vice President of Operations in December 2014.
He originally joined the company in 1988 as a practical engineer in the Final Testing Department before being promoted to be the head of an operations unit and subsequently as manager of the Technical Department in Operations and deputy to the Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Hamri holds a BA in economics and management and an MBA, with excellence, from Israel’s Open University, as well as certification as a practical engineer from Tel Aviv University’s School of Engineering.
