Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Buyer to join our Procurement team and support our electronics operations.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, with the option of working from home one day a week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full purchase order lifecycle, from obtaining and reviewing quotations through purchase order processing, goods receipt, and invoice approval for payment.
- Conduct negotiations and manage contracts with local and international suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to support business and operational needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, quality standards, and continuity of supply.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Buyer, preferably in a manufacturing and/or electronics environment
- Experience working with computerized procurement systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, initiative, and the ability to work independently
- High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline) – an advantage
- Technical understanding of electronic products and manufacturing processes – an advantage
- Professional procurement certifications or relevant purchasing courses – an advantage
