RAD is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join Human Resources team in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv.

This role includes full responsibility for sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates, managing recruitment activities on LinkedIn using LinkedIn Recruiter, and providing administrative support for the department’s day-to-day operations.

Location: Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option once a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of sourcing activities and candidate identification for a variety of positions across the organization.
  • Manage and operate LinkedIn recruitment efforts, including ongoing use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Identify and develop new talent pipelines and additional sourcing channels.
  • Publish job openings across various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in sourcing and recruitment using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Familiarity with the high-tech industry and technical terminology.
  • Strong initiative, creativity, ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills.
