Overview

Our Information Systems department is looking for a project manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects – from ERP and BPM implementations to cross-functional digital transformation initiatives. You will own scope, schedule, budget, vendors, and stakeholder alignment, working across IT, business units, and external implementation partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

 Location: Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option once a week.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle for enterprise initiatives – ERP (e.g., Priority, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics), BPM, CRM, PLM, BI, and infrastructure projects.

  • Define scope, build project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Manage priorities, track dependencies, and escalate conflicts where required.
  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders; translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators through design, build, test, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care.

 Experience

  •  5+ years managing enterprise IT projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, budget ownership and vendor management.
  • Hands-on experience working as a Project Manager and system analyst in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated success delivering implementations on time and within budget.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams (10+ stakeholders) across IT, finance, operations, R&D, product and engineering.
  • Experience working within integration companies on delivery projects.
  • Experience managing projects from the internal IT / customer side, coordinating vendors and monitoring delivery. Experience supporting and coordinating user training and system implementation activities, including planning training sessions, working with vendors and key users, supporting go‑live activities, and assisting with user adoption.
  • Experience in writing and approving RFP and contracts, including drafting requirements sections, evaluating vendor responses, and supporting contract formulation in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.

Education

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience with relevant certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum).

 Technical Requirements

 Mandatory

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT project management and system analysis experience in enterprise environments.
  • Proven delivery of at least one full-cycle ERP implementation or major upgrade (Priority, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Experience leading BPM / workflow automation projects and integrations across SaaS platforms – Power Platform, ERP, CRM, PLM systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of hybrid environments – on-premises + cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Hand-on experience building, querying SQL databases, reporting/BI tooling, Data Engineering, Analysis and integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, data flows, ETL).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, or equivalent) and structured methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid).

 Significant Advantage

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification; Scrum Master / SAFe certification.
  • Experience in manufacturing, telecom, or hi-tech environments; professional experience with shop-floor / supply-chain processes.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted productivity tools and data-driven project reporting (Power BI/Qlik/Tableau, dashboards, KPIs).

 Additional Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, hybrid), change management, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills – fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, attention to detail, and ability to drive decisions under ambiguity.
