Project Manager – Global Services

The project manager role is to manage international customer projects, ensure project goals are met, customer expectations are fulfilled, and customer relations handled in the best way within the contract scope.
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, risk management, control and completion of selected RAD customer facing projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish project plan baseline: Define project scope, secure the necessary resources, plans and monitor all activities.
- Drive project execution: Track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations.
- Handle customer and stakeholder engagement: Manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress.
- Manage project finance and budget where applicable
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Project specific Risk Management, analysis and mitigation
- Track project deliverables
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in project management of telecommunication projects
- Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP preferred)
- Customer understanding and service orientation
- Strong technical background, preferably in data/network communications
- Fluent in English
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Decision-making and conflict management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated with strong leadership skills
- Team player
