    Job Description
    As a Regional Sales Manager based in France/Germany, you will be driving the sales of RAD Data Communications Service Assured Network solutions to Critical Infrastructure companies in France and DACH Regions. This is a key sales role for a senior sales manager selling network access solutions. In this role you will report to the Critical Infrastructure Sales Director Europe.

    Responsibilities

    • The RSM will be responsible for selling RAD Data Communications network access solutions and services in France, Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
    • Focus is on direct & indirect sales and business development to Critical Infrastructure Customers (Utilities, Transportation, Defense and IIoT)
    • Development of Partnerships especially with key System Integrators and Service Providers leading Critical Infrastructure tenders in this region.
    • Based on territory & account plan growth is to be developed within clearly defined milestones and priorities to build new sales growth and pipeline opportunities. Virtually manage all internal resources to achieve goals.
    • Multi-level solution selling to executives and technical decision makers leveraging your understanding of Carrier Ethernet networking access technology, legacy TDM technologies and cybersecurity to prescribe RAD solutions.
    • Prioritize activities to grow and close the opportunity pipeline in your territory for network access solutions.
    • Forecasting, account management, and overall territory management
    • Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter that can balance strategic engagements with transactional business.

    Requirements

    • The ideal candidate should have 8 years of industry background with at least 5 of those selling networking solutions to Critical Infrastructure companies (hardware, software, or services) in the region, with focus in the following use cases: Substation and Distribution automation, Smart Metering Backhaul, SCADA securitization, Multiservice operational networking, Air traffic Control, Train to Track networking, Defense & Police Networks, Smart City communications, TETRA and CCTV backhaul for homeland security, IIoT backhaul and secure connectivity of campus assets.
    • Experience in dealing with large contractors and industrial conglomerates (Vinci-Axians, Alstom, Bombardier, GE Grid, Spie, Areva, Schneider, etc) as well as successfully selling thru Service Providers into selected target accounts.
    • CxO level contacts in the top-10 key target customers in the Utilities, Transportation and Defense/Security verticals.
    • The candidate should be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively present to both technical and executive audiences.
    • Ability to travel ~50%.
    • Strong international team-player, orchestrator and experienced in virtual team leadership.
    • English is the working language in the RAD organization; the preferred candidate need to be proficient in French and/or German to maximize customer engagement. Fluency in both French and German would be a major upside for the candidate.

This is a critical sales role for a senior sales manager selling network access solutions. In this role you will report to the GM APAC.

    • The RSM will be responsible for selling RAD Data Communications network access solutions and services in South East Asia.
    • Focus is on direct touch & indirect sales and business development to Telcos / Service Providers.& Critical Infrastructure Customers

This is a critical sales role for a senior sales manager selling network access solutions. In this role you will report to the SP Sales Director Europe.

     

    Responsibilities

    • The RSM will be responsible for selling RAD Data Communications network access solutions and services to DTAG and Service Providers in the Nordics region (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finnland).
    • Focus is on direct sales engagement and business development in Deutsche Telekom as a Key Carrier Account in Germany and direct/indirect sales to Telcos/Service Providers in the Nordics region.
    • Plan for territory & account plan growth is to be developed within clearly defined milestones and priorities to build new sales growth and pipeline opportunities.
    •  Virtually manage all internal resources to achieve goals.
    • Multi-level solution selling to executives and technical decision makers leveraging your understanding of Carrier Ethernet networking access technology.
