Overview:
We are looking for a QA Team Leader to lead the testing activities of advanced communication systems.
The position is located at RAD’s Be’er Sheva site and includes managing a QA team, full responsibility for product quality, leading testing processes for networking systems, and working closely with development and engineering teams in a challenging technological environment.
Location: Be’er Sheva. Hybrid option once a week.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Practical Engineer in Electronics / Computer Science
- At least 2 years of experience managing a QA team
- Knowledge of Networking and communication protocols (L2 & L3)
- Knowledge of the Linux operating system
- Experience in test design, writing test documents and QA reports
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team under pressure
- Familiarity with Penetration & Vulnerability systems – an advantage
