Overview
The Product Line Manager (PLM) is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of a product line, ensuring strategic alignment with RAD’s business goals. This includes defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and collaborating across R&D, marketing, sales, operations, and OEM vendors to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Manage a product line from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring timely releases and cost-effective solutions.
- Define and maintain the roadmap, prioritize short- and long-term requirements, and analyze market trends and customer use cases.
- Work closely with R&D, operations, marketing, and sales teams to adapt products to customer needs and enhance competitiveness.
- Fully own relationships with OEM vendors, including product specifications, adaptations, commercial terms, and ongoing support for sales opportunities.
- Develop product and marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, webinars, white papers), train sales teams, and support customer account teams to maximize wins.
- Monitor competition, identify new opportunities, and ensure RAD’s offerings align with evolving market demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years in product management or PLM roles within telecom, networking, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies (Carrier Ethernet, IP/MPLS, Security and Encryption).
- Knowledge of AI tools an advantage
- Define product specs, validate use cases, and work with R&D on technical needs.
- Market analysis and competitive positioning expertise.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work with marketing, operations, and OEM vendors to ensure product success.
- Experience in sales enablement, including training and supporting account teams.
- Fluent in English; Hebrew is an advantage.
