Overview

RAD is looking for an experienced International Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and elevate technical training programs for RAD teams and our global network of partners. This role blends deep technical expertise with the ability to inspire, mentor, and upskill professionals across diverse markets.

Location: Tel Aviv

 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to RAD customers, partners, and internal teams — both onsite worldwide and via remote platforms
  • Develop structured seminars, technical workshops, and tailored learning paths for different audiences.
  • Design and plan training programs aligned with business objectives and product roadmap priorities.
  • Create high-quality training assets for RAD’s Learning Management System (LMS), including videos, guides, labs, and assessments.
  • Assess training effectiveness and continuously refine content based on participant feedback and performance.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts from Product Lines and R&D to co-create advanced technical modules.
  • Support the continuous development of technical knowledge within RAD and across our partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Excellent English (spoken and written) is mandatory; native-level proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Additional languages are an asset in this international-facing role.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong hands-on skills in hardware and software configuration — you’re comfortable in a lab and not afraid of a CLI.
  • Ability to bring fresh, innovative training methods that spark engagement and excitement around RAD solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build technical competency that drives higher quality of work, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
  • Outstanding presentation skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
  • Solid technical background in Packet and TDM networking technologies.
  • Experience with traditional and modern training methodologies (workshops, simulations, e-learning, coaching, etc.).
  • CCNA-level knowledge or certification is an advantage.
