Nitza Lifshitz was named Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RAD Data Communications in 2008. In this position she is a member of the company’s senior management team, responsible for all its financial activity, including cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, budget, planning and control, credit policy, production cost analysis and cost system implementation, and the presentation of financial and tax solutions, including implementation of commercial models. In addition, she supervises 31 subsidiary companies and is the CFO of several RAD Group start-ups.
Prior to joining RAD Ms. Lifshitz had served a combined thirteen years in two other similar positions at ECI Telecom and Taro Pharmaceutical Industries, and before that for nine years as a comptroller at three other Israeli companies. She began her professional career as a CPA at a major Israeli accounting firm.
Ms. Lifshitz holds a BA in accounting and economics and an MBA (magna cum laude) in finance and accounting from Tel Aviv University. She is also a CPA and qualified first among her peers who sat for their CPA examination.
