RAD is seeking a full-time technical writer to work in a supportive and friendly team atmosphere and manage documentation for a large range of products. The position is hybrid: At least three days/week in our Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv office and up to two days/week remote.

 

Responsibilities

  • Preparing on-line help, manuals, data sheets and release notes for telecom software, services, and hardware products

Requirements

  • Experienced self-starter
  • Proven multi-tasker
  • Technical background (telecom networks a definite advantage)
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Madcap Flare, Word, Visio, Acrobat
