Subsidiaries Controller

RAD is looking for a Subsidiaries Controller to join the Finance team.

This is a full-time (hybrid) position at the company headquarters in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support to the controllers/external accountants of RAD subsidiaries worldwide in areas of accounting, tax and ongoing management
• Check monthly, quarterly and annual subsidiary reports
• Collect all details required for preparing parent company consolidated reports
• Check subsidiary annual tax reports
• Build subsidiary budgets and update forecasts
• Compare and analyze gaps between actual results and budget and actual results and previous-period results
• Responsible for keeping subsidiary time tables
• Controlling and checking various work processes of the subsidiaries
• Document and check income recognition in the subsidiaries
• Travel abroad for field inspections
• Coordinate between subsidiaries and RAD headquarters
• Responsible for transfer pricing studies
• Report to the company controller

Requirements

• Certified accountant with at least 8 years of experience post internship
• At least 4 years of accounting experience in a public company
• Graduate of one of the Big 4 accounting firms
• Previous experience as a subsidiary controller – a must
• Familiarity with US GAAP – a must
• Experience working at an industrial company – advantage
• High level English - writing, reading and speaking
• Willingness to travel abroad
• High level of proficiency in Office applications, mainly Excel
• Willingness to work hard and adhere to strict timetables
