Microsoft 365 Specialist

Hiring a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join the IT Infrastructure Team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deploy Office/Microsoft 365 Environments
• Deploy Azure AD Environments
• Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility
• Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments
• Perform maintenance of On-Premises and Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies
• Deploy Infrastructure improvements on Client environments
• Assist in maintaining and deploying other Client applications and environments
• Lead initiatives for researching and deploying new applications
• Provide guidance and leadership as a Senior staff member of the team
• Assist in managing Support Services and related deliverables
• Work with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
• Routine network maintenance in various Microsoft environments

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT experience
• Experience in advanced Office 365 support
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Intune
• Previous experience in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
• Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to meet deadlines with projects and assignments
• Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
• Energetic and highly motivated self-starter with a “can do” attitude
• Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker
• Great interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

  Hybrid - remote up to twice/weekly.
