Location
Based in our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv. Hybrid option twice/week.

Description
Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management in a fast-paced, deadline- and detail-oriented environment managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate RAD’s marketing technical stack:
    • Website & CMS (Drupal)
    • Marketing automation (Hubspot)
    • CRM (MS Dynamics) interfaces with website and marketing automation system
    • Dashboard and reporting (Google Data Studio, Reporting Ninja, Crazy Egg, Hotjar)
    • Automation and integration workflows (Integromat, Zappier)
    • Inbound website conversion (Zoom Analytics)
    • Email marketing (InforUmobile)
    • Video channels (Vimeo, YT)
    • Surveys (Survey Monkey)
  • Manage Google Marketing Platform for tracking and measurement, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, etc.
  • Enable marketing campaigns (paid and organic) on social media channels using HubSpot landing pages
  • Bring in innovation, introduce new tools and platforms and support their integration within the marketing team
  • Manage marketing projects and prioritize marketing tech requirements

This job is for you if you have: 

  • 4+ years working in a b2b marketing environment
  • Strong leadership skills, deep technical affinity, independent, strong communication skills
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot is an advantage)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Drupal is a big advantage)
  • At least 4 years of experience working with digital tools, data analysis and customer journey tools
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Java script
  • Excellent English – both written and verbal
  • A bachelor’s degree

The following will give you an advantage:

  • Experience in the online marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook and more
  • Experience in conversion optimization and UI/UX
  • SEO knowledge
