IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description

RAD is looking for a manager to lead the IT Infrastructure team. This is a full-time (hybrid) position at the company's headquarters in Ramat HaChayal, Tel Aviv.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead IT team
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Manage activities of security (data, network, access, backup)
• Manage activities of Network (L2 and L3) and internet connectivity of a global company
• Manage activities of server VM environment, physical servers, server rooms
• Manage activities of Backup of servers and all user endpoints
• Manage activities of corporate Active Directory
• Manage activities of all office365 + hybrid environment
• Manage activities of systems like SCCM, Citrix, VPN EMS, EDR, Print services, Wi-Fi, NAC, FTP, Net-monitor, Certificate, DNS, DHCP
• Manage activities for resolving any malfunctions Hardware/Software computers and servers

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience leading and managing an IT team, responsible for IT infrastructure of a global company
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, data storage systems and phone systems
