Hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join RAD’s team in Mexico.

Roles & Responsibilities
Function as primary customer contact for all assigned cases by providing telephone, web, and email based technical support for RAD’s products
Analyze network and equipment configuration problems and defects
Interface with 3rd Tier Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, and other departments to address customer’s issues in the most effective manner
Present technical training to co-workers and customers as needed
Provide on-site troubleshooting and support when required
Contribute to knowledge base of the team
Reports to: Team Lead, Global Services Engineer
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience providing technical support in the areas listed below:
Carrier Ethernet Technology
IP/Ethernet – VLAN’s, Routing, Switching
QOS – Prioritization and Policing
IT Network Administration
Fluent written and spoken Spanish & English – mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field – advantage
