Software Team Leader

RAD R&D is hiring a software team leader.

The position is hybrid, with up to twice as week working remotely. The office is located in Beer Sheva.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5 developers.
  • Leading the design and implementation of innovating network features and capabilities.
  • Managing the delivery of SW development releases.
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of customer challenges

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/EE/other relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of R&D experience in leading SW engineers
  • 4+ years of SW development experience
  • Experience with C\C++ programing.
  • Knowledge in Ethernet protocols and Networking.
  • Experience in VxWorks operating system - advantage.
  • Working on systems including L2 and L3 protocols and TDM networks  - Advantage
  • Knowledge in Linux  - advantage.
