• Must possess deep contacts with AT&T and/or Verizon
• Must have a proven track record of selling WAN products to Tier I & Tier II carriers
• Established industry contacts at senior levels within key service providers
• Consistent top performance within previous sales positions
• Technical understanding of the telecom networking space
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a small organization
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree, or extensive demonstrated experience. MBA a plus
• Must be passionate about the business and posses an entrepreneurial spirit
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against aggressive goals
• A hunter mentality
