RAD’s Professional Training Center employs the latest thinking on blended learning – amalgamating different training tools and performing training needs analysis – to ensure that your engineers gain the maximum benefit from the RAD solution you have implemented. With RADcare training programs, your engineers will gain configuration and maintenance skills and will be confident in their handling of your network.

RADcare Training Options:

• Regional technical seminars: Providing an open opportunity for partners and end users to gain hands-on experience with RAD products closer to their base of operations, focusing on applications relevant to their region
• Face-to-face training-on-demand: Provided by RAD-authorized partners or by RAD technical personnel, on-site or at RAD headquarters
• WBT-on-demand: As a carbon-neutral alternative to face-to-face training, or as a supplement to it, training via WBT (Web Based Training) is a very important facet of our activities. Training via the Web allows focus on the heart of the network, while giving access to RAD expertise at lower cost for specialist knowledge
• Telecoms Technology Training: Covering standard telecoms technologies and primarily focusing on Carrier Ethernet, the technology training is intensive and complete, giving tools to the participant that will allow them to design their own network.
