RADcare Training Options:

• Regional technical seminars: Providing an open opportunity for partners and end users to gain hands-on experience with RAD products closer to their base of operations, focusing on applications relevant to their region
• Face-to-face Training-on-demand: Provided by RAD-authorized partners or by RAD technical personnel, on-site or at RAD headquarters
• WBT on demand: As a carbon-neutral alternative to Face-to-face training, or as a supplement to it, training via WBT (Web-based training system) is a very important facet of our activities. Training via the web allows focus on the heart of the network, while giving access to RAD expertise at lower cost for specialist knowledge
• RAD University: A key resource on the RAD Web site, RAD University contains tutorials, video guides, audio presentations, and technology backgrounders on telecommunications, data communications and computer networking
• eLAB – on-line self-directed hands-on product knowledge: The eLAB online training system is designed to bring training to you without the overhead of shipping equipment. RAD’s eLAB allows you to learn how to configure a complete RAD network from a remote location. By using real equipment, including the ability to run BERT, voice and ping tests, this training experience is as close as possible to the real world with no need for external equipment
• RAD certification: RAD certification proclaims the standard that staff members have reached in RAD technology. Awarded certifications include RAD Technical Expert, RAD Authorized Technical Trainer and RAD Application Expert
