Head of business development for Service Providers – US & LATM


Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for driving RAD’s solutions and offering to Service providers in your territory
  • Developing Sales GTM strategy around Business Services, Mobile Backhaul, Metro Ethernet, IP-VPN and vCPE
  • Business forecasting and analysis on current/future trends
  • Lead business and technical meetings with senior levels within the Service Provider sector
  • Part Service Provider Line of business within the marketing team
  • Drive and create outcome based selling motion for the field with strong cross-organization collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering and Services teams
  • Reports to Head of SP Line of Business

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and working with Tier 1/2/3 Service Providers
  • Extensive background and understanding of Networking products, service, and financial selling tools
  • Experience of developing and selling complex solutions into the SP community
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain extensive customer relationships
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional organizations
  • Experience building actionable long and short term account plans based on a deep understanding of the impacts of business and technology trends
  • Understanding a broad range of customer technologies required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade using simple communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, and creative way.
  • Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management
  • Engineering, Business Administration or Economics Degre, MBA preferred

  • Network Access solutions
  • Carrier Ethernet, L2 and L3 VPN
  • Service Assurance and SLA base technology
  • NFV & SDN base technology
  • vCPE & uCPE
  • Wholesale & Business services solution
  • 4G & 5G networking & backhaul

Other required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong decision making, Strategic Thinker with strong Problem Solving skills
  • Fluent English
  • Spanish Speaking a big plus
  • Team player and ability to work independently to push business forward
  • Excellent marketing business judgment & uncompromising integrity
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and work with minimum supervision
  • Passion for the Service Provider business, particularly in SP Networking
  • Strong Marketing Focus & Proven experience in writing presentations and collaterals
